Claims (20)
1. Способ доставки болюса инсулина с использованием дистанционного регулятора, включающий стадии:
А) установления линии связи между дистанционным регулятором и инфузионным насосом, который содержит инсулин;
В) получение насосом значения болюсного объема от дистанционного регулятора, причем значение болюсного объема указывает общее количество инсулина, подлежащего подаче;
С) доставки заданной порции общего количества инсулина из насоса и
D) доставки дополнительной заданной порции общего количества инсулина из насоса на основании информации, включающей прием команды продолжения от дистанционного регулятора.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий, по меньшей мере, одно повторение стадии D до тех пор, пока не будет доставлено общее количество инсулина.
3. Способ по п.1, где линия связи включает беспроводной сигнал, передаваемый между дистанционным регулятором и инфузионным насосом.
4. Способ по п.1, где дистанционный регулятор и инфузионный насос сообщаются посредством единственного в своем роде идентификационного кода.
5. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий получение дистанционным регулятором значения болюсного объема.
6. Способ по п.1, где дистанционный регулятор включает измеритель содержания глюкозы в крови.
7. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий непрерывную передачу сигнала, включающего команду к продолжению, причем сигнал передается от дистанционного регулятора к насосу.
8. Способ доставки болюса инсулина с использованием дистанционного регулятора, включающий стадии:
установления линии связи между дистанционным регулятором и инфузионным насосом, который содержит инсулин;
получения насосом значения болюсного объема от дистанционного регулятора, причем величина болюса указывает общее количество инсулина, подлежащего доставке;
доставки заданной порции общего количества инсулина из насоса и
запуска сигнала тревоги, если сигнал, включающий команду к продолжению, не получен насосом в пределах заданного периода времени.
9. Способ по п.8, где заданный период времени составляет от 1 до 60 с.
10. Способ по п.8, дополнительно включающий прекращение доставки инсулина из насоса на основании сигнала тревоги.
11. Способ по п.10, дополнительно включающий ожидание в течение второго заданного периода времени перед окончанием доставки инсулина из насоса.
12. Способ доставки болюса лекарственного средства с использованием дистанционного регулятора, включающий стадии:
установления линии связи между дистанционным регулятором и инфузионным насосом, который содержит лекарственное средство;
получения насосом значения болюсного объема от дистанционного регулятора, причем значение болюсного объема указывает общее количество лекарственного средства, подлежащего доставке;
доставки заданной порции общего количества лекарственного средства из насоса и
прекращения доставки лекарственного средства из насоса, если сигнал, включающий команду к продолжению, не принят насосом в пределах заданного периода времени.
13. Способ по п.12, где лекарственное средство включает инсулин.
14. Способ по п.12, где линия связи включает беспроводной сигнал, передаваемый между дистанционным регулятором и инфузионным насосом.
15. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий запуск сигнала тревоги в ответ на прекращение доставки лекарственного средства.
16. Способ доставки заданного количества болюса лекарственного средства в виде болюса, включающий стадии:
ввода значения заданного количества лекарственного средства в дистанционный регулятор;
беспроводной передачи информации, включающей заданное количество лекарственного средства, от дистанционного регулятора к насосу;
доставки заданной первой порции количества лекарственного средства из насоса и
доставки дополнительной заданной порции количества лекарственного средства из насоса в ответ на прием беспроводного сигнала от дистанционного регулятора, причем беспроводной сигнал включает инструкции продолжать доставку.
17. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий доставку всего количества лекарственного средства.
18. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий непрерывную подачу сигнала, включающего инструкции к продолжению доставки, причем сигнал передается от дистанционного регулятора к насосу.
19. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий получение дистанционным регулятором информации, включающей статус насоса.
20. Способ по п.16, где лекарственное средство включает инсулин.
