Claims (7)

1. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием, содержащий сердцевину из сверхтвердого абразивного материала, внутренний слой из карбида, нитрида или карбонитрида металла, химически связанного с наружной поверхностью сверхтвердого абразивного материала, и не имеющий ни одного карбидизированного участка наружный слой из вольфрама, физически осажденного на внутреннем слое.
2. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по п.1, у которого наружный слой нанесен методом конденсации из паровой фазы.
3. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по п.1, у которого сверхтвердый абразивный материал представляет собой абразивный материал на основе алмаза или кубического нитрида бора (cBN).
4. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по п.3, у которого внутренний слой, когда сердцевиной является абразивный материал на основе алмаза, представляет собой покрытие из карбида титана, а когда сердцевиной является абразивный материал на основе cBN, - покрытие из нитрида или борида титана.
5. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по п.1, у которого ни один из участков покрытия из вольфрама не карбидизируется.
6. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по п.1, у которого толщина наружного слоя составляет от примерно 0,05 до примерно 10 мкм.
7. Сверхтвердый абразив с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, у которого толщина наружного слоя составляет от примерно 0,2 до примерно 1 мкм.
