Способ получения белкового препарата из цианобактерий, включающий водную экстракцию, преципитацию сернокислым аммонием и обработку на диэтиламиноэтиловом активированном носителе, отличающийся тем, что в качестве цианобактерий берут сухую биомассу спирулины, обогащенную эссенциальными микроэлементами, проводят постадийную преципитацию сернокислым аммонием в количестве от 20 до 70% от насыщения, по завершении каждой стадии проводят центрифугирование с отделением белкового осадка, обработку которого осуществляют на диэтиламиноэтиловом активированном носителе методом ионообменной хроматографии, с последующей обработкой на мембранной установке до содержания солей не более 5% и сушкой готового продукта до влажности не более 3%.1.
