Claims (8)
1. Способ получения и выделения динитрилов из среды, происходящей из процесса гидроцианирования ненасыщенных мононитрилов, отличающийся тем, что он состоит в загрузке содержащей динитрилы среды в дистилляционную колонну, рекуперации из головной части колонны соединений с более низкой температурой кипения, чем таковая динитрилов, рекуперации содержащей динитрилы промежуточной фракции с теоретической тарелки, расположенной в нижней части колонны по отношению к месту загрузки содержащей динитрилы среды, и рекуперации из основания колонны продуктов с более высокой температурой кипения, чем таковая динитрилов.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температура основания колонны составляет ниже 200°С, предпочтительно от 140 до 190°С.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что рекуперацию промежуточной фракции осуществляют без флегмы.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что рекуперацию промежуточной фракции осуществляют с флегмовым числом, составляющим от 1 до 6 мас.% промежуточной фракции.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что динитрилами являются соединения следующей общей формулы (I):
в которой радикал R означает насыщенный углеводородный радикал с 2-10 атомами углерода.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что динитрилы выбирают из группы, состоящей из адипонтрила, метилглутаронитрила, этилсукцинонитрила.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его осуществляют при давлении от 1 до 5 кПа.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дистилляционной колонной является тарельчатая колонна, насадочная колонна или колонна с перегородками.
