Claims (27)
1. Лигноцеллюлозный композиционный материал плиты, содержащий смесь, состоящую из отвержденного полимерного связующего материала, полых микросфер, поверхность которых обработана смолой, и преимущественно лигноцеллюлозных древесных объектов, при этом древесные объекты дискретно соединены друг с другом с помощью связующего материала.
2. Материал по п.1, в котором древесные объекты выбраны, по меньшей мере, из древесных нитей, древесных стружек, древесных пластинок и древесных частиц.
3. Материал по п.1, в котором древесные объекты включают древесные нити.
4. Материал по п.1, в котором панельные материалы характеризуются значением жесткости на изгиб в интервале 210000-30000 фунт. дюйм2/фут (2016-2881 кг/см).
5. Материал по п.1, дополнительно включающий древесную муку и эффективное количество водоотталкивающего материала.
6. Материал по п.1, в котором плотность панельного материала, по меньшей мере, на 5% ниже плотности аналогичного материала, не содержащего микросфер.
7. Материал по п.1, обладающий повышенной прочностью на изгиб по сравнению с аналогичным материалом, не содержащим микросфер.
8. Материал по п.1, в котором лигноцеллюлозный композит представляет собой ориентированный древесный материал с объемом пустот, по меньшей мере, 5%, не связанный с микросферами или любыми присутствующими в системе ячейками пены.
9. Материал по п.1, в котором микросферы выбирают из группы, состоящей из полых стеклянных микросфер, полых стеклянных микросфер с обработанной поверхностью, полых керамических микросфер, полых полимерных микросфер и природных перлитов, взятых в отдельности или их комбинаций.
10. Материал по п.1, в котором полые микросферические материалы содержат полые стеклянные микросферы с плотностью 0,1-0,35 г/см3.
11. Материал по п.1, в котором древесные объекты включают нити южной сосны.
12. Материал по п.1, содержащая 70-96 мас.% сухого лигноцеллюлозного материала, 20-0,8 мас.% отвержденного полимерного связующего материала, 12-0,9 мас.% полых микросфер, и 3-0,8 мас.% дополнительных добавок.
13. Материал по п.1, в котором дополнительные добавки включают гач и древесную муку.
14. Материал по п.1, который имеет плотность менее 40 pcf (0,64 г/см3).
15. Материал по п.1, который имеет плотность менее 38 pcf (0,61 г/см3) и большую прочность на изгиб, чем материал панели, имеющий тот же состав, но не содержащий микросфер.
16. Способ производства лигноцеллюлозной композиционной панели, включающий смешивание полых микросфер со способным к отвердению полимерным связующим материалом с образованием гранулированного материала, покрытого связующим, объединение лигноцеллюлозных древесных объектов с гранулированным материалом, покрытым связующим веществом, с получением смеси для формирования композита, уплотнение смеси для формирования композита под действием тепла и давления, эффективных для образования композиционной панели, в которой куски древесины прерывисто соединены со смолой.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором полые микросферы до смешивания со способным к отвердению полимерным связующим материалом перемешивают с древесной мукой с образованием гранулированного материала, покрытого связующим веществом.
18. Способ по п.16, в котором композиционная панель характеризуется значением жесткости при изгибе в интервале 210000-300000 фунт. дюйм2/фут (2016-2881 кг/см).
19. Способ по п.16, в котором смесь для формирования композита содержит 70-96 мас.% сухого лигноцеллюлозного материала, 20-0,8 мас.% способного к отвердению полимерного связующего материала, 12-0,9 мас.% полых микросфер, и 3-0,8 мас.% дополнительных добавок.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором дополнительные добавки включают гач и древесную муку.
21. Способ по п.16, в котором плита имеет толщину в интервале 0,25-2 дюйма (0,635-5,08 см) при использовании непрерывного процесса или процесса с многократными отключениями.
22. Способ по п.16, в котором куски древесины выбирают, по меньшей мере, из одного из следующих объектов: древесных нитей, древесных опилок, древесных пластин и частиц древесины.
23. Способ по п.16, в котором куски древесины включают древесные нити, а стадии перемешивания и объединения повторяют несколько раз с целью нанесения слоев на верхние части каждого их объектов до уплотнения полученного пакета листов с образованием панели.
24. Способ по п.23, в котором древесные нити в верхних и нижних слоях опрыскивают MDI смолой.
25. Способ по п.23, в котором древесные жилы ориентированы беспорядочно или направленно относительно каждого слоя в пакете.
26. Способ по п.23, в котором древесные жилы имеют однонаправленную ориентацию относительно каждого слоя в пакете.
27. Панель, полученная способом по п.16 или 23.
