Abstract
1. A sensor for the quantitative determination of vitamin B6 in biologically active additives, consisting of a chemically modified indicator electrode, silver-silver reference electrodes and an auxiliary electrode, characterized by an increase in the expressivity and selectivity of determining vitamin B6.2. A method for quantitative determination of vitamin B6 using a chemical modified electrode is characterized by the simplicity of preparation of the indicator electrode, the constancy of its metrological characteristics, which allow to obtain reproducible analytical signals from vitamin B6, the process of shooting voltammograms using three electrode cells, consisting of an indicator chemically modified electrode, saturated with chloride silver reference electrodes and an auxiliary electrode in the presence of backgrounds phosphate buffer electrolyte 0.025 M, ph = 6.86, anode peaks are recorded in a differential pulse mode voltammograms at a linear potential scan rate of 50 mV / s, the vitamin concentration is determined by the relative change in the electrooxidation current (peak height) of the vitamin in the range of potentials from +0.4 - +1.4 V in the potential range + 0.8- +0.9 V using the method of additives of certified mixtures, it is important in determining vitamin B6 to use a differential-pulse mode for shooting voltammograms, it is essential m advantage of this kind of shooting is the possibility of obtaining high peaks voltammograms facilitate decoding and reduce the magnitude of the measurement error signal.
