Claims (12)
1. Лента, использумемая при производстве бумаги, содержащая наружную сторону с пористой мембраной, включающей подложку мембраны, встроенную в поверхность ленты, и поверхность мембраны, предназначенную для контакта бумажного полотна с указанной лентой, выполненной в виде слоистого материала.
2. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка мембраны содержит тканую структуру.
3. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка мембраны содержит нетканую структуру.
4. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка мембраны содержит мононити, комплексные нити или пряжу.
5. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что нити подложки мембраны обработаны для усиления их сцепления с поверхностью ленты и с поверхностью мембраны.
6. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность мембраны является пористым полимерным покрытием, проницаемой полимерной пленкой, соединением коротких волокон или соединением комплексных нитей.
7. Лента по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что пористое полимерное покрытие изготовлено лазерным сверлением, удалением растворимого компонента с помощью растворителя, механическим перфорированием или нанесением пеноматериала пониженной плотности или обычного пеноматериала.
8. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит пористую мембрану, что увеличивает обезвоживание в зоне прессования.
9. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вода, выжатая из бумажного полотна в мембранную часть ленты, удаляется отсасыванием.
10. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит желобки, глухие отверстия или иные пустоты или полости, сформированные на указанной поверхности ленты под пористой мембраной.
11. Лента по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что пористая мембрана закрывает местоположение желобков, ограничивая тем самым возможность их закупрривания.
12. Лента, используемая в бумажном произодстве, содержащая слоистую структуру, которая имеет проницаемую мембрану на поверхности ленты для пресса башмачного типа.
