Claims (11)
1. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера, получаемый путем обработки порошка фторсиликатного стекла
(a) поли(диалкилсилоксаном) с концевыми гидроксильными группами, в котором алкильные группы содержат 1-4 атома углерода,
(b) водным раствором кислоты,
(c) отделением обработанного порошка фторсиликатного стекла от водного раствора кислоты.
2. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.1, в котором поли(диалкилсилоксан) является линейным или циклическим.
3. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.1 или 2, в котором алкильные группы поли(диалкилсилоксана) представляют собой метильные группы.
4. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.1 или 2, в котором поли(диалкилсилоксан) имеет кинематическую вязкость в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 100000 сСт при 25°C.
5. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.3, в котором поли(диалкилсилоксан) имеет кинематическую вязкость в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 100 000 сСт при 25°C.
6. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.1, в котором частицы порошка фторсиликатного стекла имеют средний размер от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 200 мкм.
7. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.1, в котором водный раствор кислоты содержит минеральную кислоту или органическую кислоту.
8. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.7, в котором органическая кислота представляет собой полимер.
9. Самозатвердевающий состав стеклянного карбомера по п.7 или 8, в котором водный раствор кислоты имеет pH в диапазоне 2-7.
10. Способ получения самозатвердевающего состава стеклянного карбомера, в котором порошок фторсиликатного стекла обрабатывают
(a) поли(диалкилсилоксаном) с концевыми гидроксильными группами, в котором алкильные группы содержат 1-4 атома углерода,
(b) водным раствором кислоты,
(c) отделением обработанного порошка фторсиликатного стекла от водного раствора кислоты.
11. Применение самозатвердевающего состава стеклянного карбомера по любому из пп.1-9 в качестве материала для пломбирования зубов, зубного связующего цемента, костного цемента или материала, заменяющего кость.
