Claims (9)
1. Пенопласт на основе полиолефинов, содержащий по меньшей мере один полиэтиленовый воск, в котором полиэтилен представлен в виде гомополимера или окисленного сополимера.
2. Пенопласт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит в пересчете на всю его массу от 0,01 до 10 мас.% полиэтиленового воска, в котором полиэтилен представлен в виде гомополимера или окисленного сополимера.
3. Пенопласт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что он содержит также добавки, выбранные из группы, включающей антипирены, абсорбенты, отражающие или рассеивающие инфракрасное излучение добавки и/или зародышеобразователи для упорядочения ячеистой структуры.
4. Пенопласт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиолефин выбран из группы, включающей линейный полиэтилен низкой плотности, полиэтилен низкой плотности, полиэтилен высокой плотности, сополимер этилена и винилацетата, сополимер этилена и бутилакрилата, сополимер этилена и метакриловой кислоты, полиэтиленметаллоцены, хлорированный полиэтилен и полипропилены, а также их смеси.
5. Пенопласт по п.4, отличающийся тем, что полиолефин может быть представлен в виде гомополимера, статистического сополимера, блоксополимера, гетерофазного сополимера или разветвленного сополимера.
6. Теплоизоляционный материал, содержащий пенопласт по одному из предыдущих пунктов.
7. Применение полиэтиленового воска, в котором полиэтилен представлен в виде гомополимера или окисленного сополимера, в качестве агента, регулирующего степень увеличения ячеек при получении пенопластов на основе полиолеофинов.
8. Способ получения пенопластов на основе полиолефинов по одному из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что полиолефин при высокой температуре смешивают с полиэтиленовым воском, в котором полиэтилен представлен в виде гомополимера или окисленного сополимера, и затем полученную смесь экструдируют.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что в экструдер добавляют вспенивающее вещество и смесь экструдируют с получением пенопласта.
