1. Способ изготовления стальной полосы и ее последующей обработки, включающий непрерывную разливку полосовой заготовки, ее индукционный подогрев с выравниванием температуры по сечению, совмещенную прокатку в одной задающей и в планетарной клети, с формированием на верхней и нижней поверхностях заготовки до задачи ее в планетарную клеть двух выпуклостей на каждой, дальнейший подогрев полосы до температуры 900-1000°С, формирование петли полосы и ее термостатирование, периодическую остановку полосы за петлей, отрезку заданных длин полосы и штамповку полученных отрезков полосы в горячем состоянии, отличающийся тем, что полосовую заготовку отливают из сталей марок 35ХГ2 или 27 СГД или 33ХГС со сторонами сечения 110-130×250-300 мм при соотношении этих сторон 0,4-0,45, в задающей клети непрерывно отлитую заготовку обжимают в горизонтальном двухвалковом калибре с вытяжкой 4-10%, далее заготовку обжимают в планетарной клети с эксцентриковым опорным валком в полосу толщиной 65-70 мм, режут на длины 480-550 мм и отрезки горячей полосы штампуют в заготовки для гусеничных траков, имеющие толщину 60-65 мм.1.
