Claims (2)

Устройство для интрамедуллярного остеосинтеза переломов проксимального отдела плечевой кости, содержащее конусообразный стержень, имеющий проксимальную и дистальную части с поперечными сквозными отверстиями для размещения блокирующих винтов и съемный направитель-экстрактор, фиксированный к торцевому концу проксимальной части стержня, отличающийся тем, что стержень выполнен полым и в проксимальной части имеет расширение к торцевому концу и окна конусовидной формы по всему периметру, а торцевой конец стержня оснащен слепым винтом, снабженным компрессирующе-деротационной разрезной зубчатой шайбой и пружиной, при этом в проксимальной полой части стержня размещен биодеградируемый элемент, соответствующий по форме и размерам полой части стержня и фиксирован внутри полой части стержня винтами, проходящими через плечевую кость и окна, выполненные на уровне конусовидного расширения стержня.1.
