Эндодонто-эндооссальный имплантат, выполненный в виде стержня, включающего внутрикостную часть, покрытую винтовой нарезкой, внутрикорневую часть и коронковую часть, на которой установлена искусственная коронка зуба, отличающийся тем, что стержень выполнен монолитным; коронковая часть включает часть стержня высотой 3 мм и диаметром на 0,2 мм большим, чем диаметр внутрикостной и внутрикорневой частей, причем переход выполнен плавным, и штырь высотой 2 мм с сечением в виде квадрата с длиной стороны на 0,1 мм меньшей диаметра стержня; внутрикостная часть имеет оливоподобную верхушку, а внутрикорневая часть выполнена шероховатой; на коронковую часть имплантата надета пластмассовая супраструктура высотой 6 мм, имеющая в основании параллелепипед, переходящий в перевернутый усеченный конус.1.
