Claims (21)

1. A product with a drink under pressure, containing: (a) a drink inside a pressure-resistant container, the drink containing a soluble gas or a sparingly soluble gas, or a mixture of the gases dissolved therein, (b) a switching means and (c) a valve in the container sealing position moreover, this valve, when open, is able to dispense a drink in the form of an effervescent drink to the consumer’s mouth when the switching means is in contact with the mouth, and inside the container there is a free space under pressure of less than 25 bar (excess) with soluble gas or sparingly soluble gas, or with a mixture of gases. 2. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink contains oxygen or nitrogen, or a mixture thereof. 3. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink contains oxygen or compressed air, or a mixture thereof. 4. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 3, in which compressed air contains at least 78.0% nitrogen, at least 20.0% oxygen and less than 2.0% argon. 5. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which a pressure of 1.0 to 15.0 bar is created, excessive. 6. The pressurized beverage product of claim 1, wherein the pressurized beverage contains water containing less than 0.5 ppm (ppm) of chlorine. 7. The pressurized beverage product of claim 1, wherein the beverage is juice, tea, coffee, an alcoholic beverage, a nutritious beverage, a protein-based beverage, carbonated water, a mouthwash, a beverage for athletes, a tonic beverage, or a pharmaceutical or therapeutic drink. 8. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 7, in which the drink is a citrus drink. 9. The pressurized beverage product of claim 8, wherein the citrus drink does not contain pulp. 10. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink contains suspended bubbles, at least 80% of which have a diameter of less than 0.5 mm 11. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink is continuous in liquid. 12. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink is continuous in water. 13. The product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the container has a volume of from 30.0 ml to 3.0 l, and the volume occupied by the drink is 30.0-96.0%. 14. The product with the drink under pressure according to claim 1, in which the drink when consumed is felt as soft and velvety. 15. A method of consuming a beverage, comprising the following steps: (a) introducing the means for incorporating the product with the drink under pressure according to claim 1 into contact with the mouth of the consumer; and (b) moving the means for including the product from the starting position to release the beverage from the product with the drink and into the mouth to the consumer, while it is effervescent and contains suspended bubbles, at least 80% of which have a diameter of less than 0.5 mm. 16. The method of consumption of a beverage according to clause 15, wherein said product has a free space under pressure, and the pressure in this free space when dispensing a drink varies in accordance with the ideal gas law, according to which

where Pf is the final pressure in free space; Pi - pressure in free space before dispensing a drink; Ti - gas temperature in free space before dispensing a drink; Tf - gas temperature in free space after dispensing a drink; V is the amount of free space before dispensing a drink; ΔV is the volume of the beverage dispensed from the product. 17. The method of consumption of a drink according to clause 16, in which more than 0.05 ml of gas for each 1.0 ml of drink leaves the product. 18. The beverage consumption method of claim 15, wherein the beverage is juice, tea, coffee, an alcoholic beverage, a nutritious beverage, a protein-based beverage, carbonated water, or a pharmaceutical or therapeutic beverage. 19. The method of consumption of a drink according to clause 15, in which the drink: (a) soft and velvety, or (b) is consumed without using at least one hand and pouring action or straws for drinking and suction, or (c) has both properties (a) and (b). 20. The method of consumption of a drink according to clause 15, in which the drink is consumed without having to squeeze the container by hand. 21. A method of consuming a beverage, comprising the steps of: (a) introducing a means of incorporating a product with a drink under pressure according to claim 1 into contact with a consumer’s mouth, (b) moving the means of inclusion from a starting position to dispense a beverage from the product and into the consumer’s mouth, wherein said product contains a container, and inside the container has free space under a pressure of less than 25 bar (excess), with a soluble gas or a sparingly soluble gas, or with a mixture of gases.
