Claims (9)
1. Интрамедуллярный штифт для хирургического лечения вертельных переломов бедренной кости, содержащий трубчатый элемент, на котором установлен винт головки сустава, и, по меньшей мере, стабилизирующий элемент, отличающийся тем, что указанный стабилизирующий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, пару проволочных стержней, изогнутых под углом на одном конце и установленных продольно по отношению к указанному трубчатому элементу внутри него, с возможностью выхода через отверстия, сформированные в дистальной части указанного трубчатого элемента.
2. Интрамедуллярный штифт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанный винт и/или указанный трубчатый элемент содержат канавки для установки указанных проволочных стержней.
3. Интрамедуллярный штифт по п.2, отличающийся тем, что указанные канавки проходят продольно вдоль, по меньшей мере, части внутренней поверхности трубчатого элемента.
4. Интрамедуллярный штифт по п.2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что указанные канавки проходят по внешней поверхности винта параллельно оси его наклона.
5. Интрамедуллярный штифт по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что указанные проволочные стержни имеют заостренный и изогнутый под углом конец, предназначенный для блокирования штифта на кости бедра, центральную плоскую часть и, по меньшей мере, одну часть с круглым поперечным сечением.
6. Интрамедуллярный штифт по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что указанные отверстия, предназначенные для выхода проволочных стержней, расположенные в дистальной области трубчатого элемента, выполнены наклонными.
7. Интрамедуллярный штифт по любому из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что он содержит устройство для блокирования проволочных стержней и винта головки сустава.
8. Интрамедуллярный штифт по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанное устройство блокирования содержит резьбовую заглушку, предназначенную для блокирования проволочных стержней, которая может быть соединена с винтом и контрвинтом, предназначенным для блокирования винта головки сустава.
9. Интрамедуллярный штифт по любому из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что указанный винт головки сустава содержит, по меньшей мере, расширяющуюся головку, предназначенную для блокирования поперечного смещения указанного винта по отношению к штифту.
