Claims (15)
1. Способ электронного контроля деятельности в контролируемой среде, включающий: выбор расписания, включающего множество событий; сбор данных о деятельности в контролируемой среде по существу в реальном времени; оценку указанных данных о деятельности по существу в реальном времени, чтобы определить, произошло ли по меньшей мере одно из событий расписания; обновление записи о состоянии расписания по существу в реальном времени на основе указанной оценки данных о деятельности и предоставление в реальном времени доступа к указанной записи о состоянии расписания и к указанным данным о деятельности.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором при указанном выполнении оценки дополнительно определяют, имеется ли отклонение от указанного расписания событий.
3. Способ по п.2, который дополнительно включает: генерирование тревожного сигнала по существу в реальном времени, если обнаружено указанное отклонение.
4. Способ по п.2, который дополнительно включает: изменение расписания в реальном времени без человеческого участия, с использованием критериев изменения расписания, включенных в это расписание, если обнаружено указанное отклонение.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором данные о деятельности включают информацию о близком расположении друг относительно друга первой и второй сигнальных идентификационных меток, причем указанное выполнение оценки включает использование этой информации о близком расположении.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором указанное выполнение оценки включает использование указанной информации о близком расположении, чтобы обнаружить или подтвердить наличие отклонения от расписания.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором контролируемая среда представляет собой учреждение здравоохранения, а расписание включает курс клинического обслуживания.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором сбор данных о деятельности выполняется в пассивном режиме, автоматически и по существу в реальном времени.
9. Система электронного контроля деятельности в контролируемой среде, содержащая: множество сигнальных идентификационных меток, расположенных в контролируемой среде для генерирования сигналов идентификационных данных; множество датчиков, расположенных в контролируемой среде для обнаружения сигналов идентификационных данных, преобразования обнаруженных сигналов в сигналы данных о деятельности и для передачи сигналов данных о деятельности, причем обнаружение, преобразование и передача выполняется датчиками по существу в реальном времени, и микроконтроллер для приема сигналов данных о деятельности и для обработки данных о деятельности в соответствии с расписанием, включающем множество событий, причем обработка осуществляется в реальном времени и включает: выполнение оценки данных о деятельности для определения того, произошло ли по меньшей мере одно из событий расписания; обновление записи о состоянии расписания на основе оценки данных о деятельности и предоставление доступа к записи о состоянии расписания и данным о деятельности в реальном времени.
10. Система по п.9, в которой выполнение оценки дополнительно включает обнаружение отклонения от расписания событий.
11. Система по п.10, в которой указанная обработка дополнительно включает генерирование тревожного сигнала, если обнаружено отклонение.
12. Система по п.10, в которой указанная обработка дополнительно включает: изменение расписания без участия человека, с использованием критериев изменения расписания, включенных в это расписание, если обнаружено отклонение.
13. Система по п.9, в которой данные о деятельности включают информацию о близком расположении друг относительно друга первой и второй сигнальных идентификационных меток, а выполнение оценки включает использование этой информации о близком расположении.
14. Система по п.9, в которой указанное выполнение оценки включает использование указанной информации о близком расположении для того, чтобы обнаружить или подтвердить наличие отклонения от расписания.
15. Система по п.9, в которой контролируемая среда представляет собой учреждение здравоохранения, а расписание включает курс клинического обслуживания.
