Способ хирургического лечения патологического вывиха бедра с остеолизом головки и шейки путем вертельной артропластики, отличающийся тем, что репозицию осуществляют одноэтапно, при этом в передней части доступа освобождают от рубцов до обнажения хрящевой поверхности вертлужную впадину, в задней части доступа позади широкой фасции бедра отслаивают и частично продольно рассекают вместе с надкостницей мышцы от верхушки большого вертела, сферически моделируют хрящевую часть его апофиза, пересекают бедро в подвертельной области на расстоянии, равном плечу рычага шейки и головки здоровой стороны, сохраняя связь проксимального отломка с мышцами, перфорируют их в виде окна под средней ягодичной мышцей и напрягателем широкой фасции бедра, и через это отверстие осуществляют репозицию большого вертела в вертлужную впадину, ротируют для лучшей адаптации проксимальный фрагмент в трех плоскостях до достижения центрации верхушки большого вертела в ацетабулярной ямке, располагая книзу малый вертел и проводя декортикацию нижней части бедра, осуществляют остеосинтез отломков Г-образной пластиной конец в бок под углом, равном индивидуальной или возрастной норме шеечно-диафизарного угла, при этом на торцовую часть костного опила перемещают частично мобилизованные вместе с надкостницей мышцы и подшивают напрягатель широкой фасции бедра.1.
