Устройство для перевозки больных на транспортных средствах, содержащее раму с горизонтально расположенным ложем и опорные ножки, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит средство для снижения продольных сил инерции, действующих на больного, включающее параллельные друг другу стойки, попарно размещенные с обеих сторон рамы у ее концов, имеющие одинаковую длину и скрепленную с рамой шарнирно с возможностью поворота в вертикальной плоскости вдоль длинной стороны рамы, при этом продольные оси стоек в их верхней части составляют острый угол с плоскостью ложа со стороны переднего конца транспортного средства, а их длины превышают длины опорных ножек, причем нижние концы стоек снабжены средствами шарнирного скрепления с полом транспортного средства, оси поворота которых параллельны осям шарниров, скрепляющих стойки с рамой, кроме того, рама дополнительно связана с полом транспортного средства посредством демпфера, концы которого шарнирно скреплены с названными узлами.1.
