Claims (1)

Способ получения тонких пленок кобальтата лития, включающий экстракцию лития и кобальта из водных растворов их неорганических солей концентратом α-разветвленных монокарбоновых кислот, смешение экстрактов лития и кобальта в мольном соотношении металлов 1:1, отличающийся тем, что пленки активного катодного материала из кобальтата получают на токопроводящих подложках, например из медной или алюминиевой фольги путем многократного смачивания погружением в раствор смеси карбоксилатов лития и кобальта с последующим отжигом в течение 2-3 мин, а необходимую толщину пленок регулируют количеством циклов смачивания-отжига и концентрацией лития и кобальта в смеси их карбоксилатов при строгом мольном соотношении этих металлов 1:1, причем синтез кобальтата лития и формирование пленок протекают одновременно.A method for producing thin films of lithium cobaltate, including extraction of lithium and cobalt from aqueous solutions of their inorganic salts with a concentrate of α-branched monocarboxylic acids, mixing lithium and cobalt extracts in a molar ratio of metals 1: 1, characterized in that films of the active cathode material from cobaltate are obtained on conductive substrates, for example, of copper or aluminum foil, by repeatedly wetting a mixture of lithium and cobalt carboxylates in a solution, followed by annealing for 2-3 minutes, and the required film thickness is controlled by the number of wetting-annealing cycles and the concentration of lithium and cobalt in the mixture of their carboxylates with a strict molar ratio of these metals 1: 1, and lithium cobaltate synthesis and film formation occur simultaneously.
