Claims (11)

1. Магнитная головка для использования в магнитооптическом устройстве, содержащая по существу плоскую обмотку магнитной головки, снабженную центральным отверстием, причем обмотка имеет слои обмотки, которые располагаются по существу параллельно друг другу, и, по меньшей мере, один виток каждого слоя обмотки проходит вокруг центрального отверстия, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из слоев обмотки имеет витки, расположенные ближе к центральному отверстию, имеют меньшую ширину, чем витки, расположенные дальше от центрального отверстия, причем, по меньшей мере, один из слоев обмотки имеет наиболее внешний виток, расположенный ближе к центральному отверстию, чем наиболее внешний виток одного из других слоев обмотки.
2. Магнитная головка по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, два слоя обмотки имеют витки, из которых витки, расположенные ближе к центральному отверстию, имеют меньшую ширину, чем витки, расположенные дальше от центрального отверстия.
3. Магнитная головка по п.1 или 2, в которой уменьшение ширины витков по мере приближения к центральному отверстию изменяется равномерно.
4. Магнитная головка по п.1, в которой один наиболее внешний виток расположен существенно ближе к центральному отверстию, чем другой наиболее внешний виток.
5. Магнитная головка по п.1, в которой слои обмотки являются тонкопленочными слоями.
6. Магнитная головка по п.5, в которой по меньшей мере, два из слоев обмотки размещены на плоском основании.
7. Способ изготовления магнитной головки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором обеспечение плоскостности осуществляют после формирования первого слоя обмотки, но до формирования второго слоя обмотки.
8. Каретка для использования в магнитооптическом устройстве и содержащая магнитную головку по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
9. Каретка по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что содержит корпус каретки со встроенной в него магнитной головкой.
10. Магнитооптическое устройство, содержащее магнитную головку по любому из пп.1-6.
11. Магнитооптическое устройство, содержащее каретку по п.8 или 9.
