Description
100 x 40 mm in size were soaked for 2-3 s in a solution of zinc chloride with a density of 1.92 g / cm and rolled onto each other with a rubber roller with a force of about 2 kg. After keeping the samples at room temperature for 1 hour, they were washed. Each fiber sample was subsequently washed in 100 ml of solution. Each portion of the wash solution changed after 10-20 minutes. Washing was considered complete if the zinc content in the wash water remained constant after 1 hour of exposure to the solution. The zinc content in the solution was determined by the trilonometry method after preliminary precipitation of alkali zinc hydroxide and subsequent dissolution of the precipitate in hydrochloric acid. A wash solution was prepared by introducing into the water a complexing agent, for example Trilon B or thiourea.
2.The experimental results are presented in table.2.
180 From table 2 it follows that when using distilled water, the time for complete washing of the fiber samples is 180
Таким образом, скорость отмывки возрастает более чем в 2 раза.min, and when using a 0.06% solution of Trilon B (disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) - only 80 min. Thus, the washing speed increases by more than 2 times.
Table 3 presents the test results of the tensile strength samples. The tests were carried out after the samples were completely washed and dried at a temperature of 60 ° C.
Thus, the invention can significantly accelerate the washing process by preventing the precipitation of hydroxide in the pores of the fibers with a slight increase in the strength of the fibers.
