A method of dosed vacuum therapy in patients with chronic catarrhal and exudative otitis media, including exposure to vacuum, its control, characterized by tympanometry, including the determination of the volume of NSP and intra-drum pressure, the effect of negative pressure exceeding 50 decaPa obtained with tympanometry to open the auditory tube and with type B tympanograms - 200-300 decaPa, which is lower than the threshold of pain, a session lasting 2 minutes, followed by depressurization to atmospheric pressure, repeating edury 2-4 times a day when calculating the rate of treatment from 5-10 sessions (control according to tympanometry). 2. 2. A dosed vacuum therapy device containing a manometer for recording pressure, a tee connecting the ear olives to the manometer, characterized by individual earmolds with a stethoscope spring seal, a connector with a Jeanne syringe that creates negative pressure in the NSP, which is maintained by closing the clip on the connector and releasing it when the pressure drops to establish the originally set pressure.
