Аппарат для культивирования биологических объектов, содержащий корпус, крышку с технологическими патрубками, технологические отверстия для ввода датчиков и перемешивающее устройство на валу, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода продукта и оптимизации условий культивирования, аппарат дополнительно содержит установленную на валу и вращающуюся одновременно с перемешивающим устройством цилиндрическую емкость из металлической сетки, разделяющей объем аппарата с клетками и без них, обеспечивающей барбатаж изолированного объема питательной среды газо-воздушной смесью через барбатер, обмен аэрированной и неаэрированной питательной среды и препятствующей проникновению клеток в изолированный сеткой объем аппарата, причем вдоль цилиндрической емкости установлены внутри "стационарные" и снаружи изменяющие угол наклона металлические пластины как в полную, так и в 3/4 длины цилиндра, закрепленные в нижней и верхней части корпуса емкости, наружные из которых обеспечивают дополнительное перемешивание питательной среды и создание равномерной взвеси биологических объектов, предотвращают за счет зазора между пластиной и сеткой цилиндра прикрепление клеток к стенке цилиндра и закупоривание ячеек сетки цилиндра, а внутренние выполняют функцию каркаса и насоса для повышения массообмена через сетку цилиндра.An apparatus for the cultivation of biological objects, comprising a housing, a cover with technological nozzles, technological openings for introducing sensors and a mixing device on the shaft, characterized in that, in order to increase the yield of the product and optimize the cultivation conditions, the apparatus further comprises a shaft mounted and rotating simultaneously with with a stirring device, a cylindrical container made of a metal mesh that separates the volume of the apparatus with and without cells, which provides for the bubbling of an isolated volume feeding the medium with a gas-air mixture through a bubbler, exchanging aerated and non-aerated nutrient medium and preventing the penetration of cells into the insulated mesh volume of the apparatus, and along the cylindrical container, metal plates “stationary” and externally changing the angle of inclination are installed both in full and in 3 / 4 cylinder lengths fixed in the lower and upper part of the tank body, the outer ones of which provide additional mixing of the nutrient medium and the creation of a uniform suspension biologically x objects, due to the gap between the plate and the cylinder mesh, they prevent the cells from attaching to the cylinder wall and clogging the cylinder mesh cells, while the internal ones act as a frame and a pump to increase mass transfer through the cylinder mesh.
