Claims (1)

Способ лечения острого абстинентного синдрома у больных, страдающих наркоманией, заключающийся в проведении дезинтоксикационной медикаментозной терапии на фоне лечебного поверхностного ингаляционного наркоза газо-наркотической смесью, отличающийся тем, что в качестве газо-наркотической смеси используют смесь инертного газа ксенона и кислорода с содержанием ксенона в смеси 30-70%, подаваемую через маску наркозного аппарата по полуоткрытому контуру в течение 1-2 минут до развития симптомов 1-ой - 2-ой стадии ксенонового наркоза и исчезновения болезненных симптомов абстиненции, при этом число наркозов составляет от 6 до 15 на курс лечения, который длится от 3-х до 6 дней, а за 1 - 2 ч до ночного сна назначают внутривенную инфузию 5%-ного раствора глюкозы с добавлением дроперидола в дозе 0,1 мг\ кг массы тела пациента, по окончании чего вводят внутримышечно диазепам в дозе 0,15-0,2 мг\ кг и 100 мг фенобарбитала внутрь, после проведения курса лечения в случае возникновения патологического влечения к наркотическим препаратам назначают однократные ингаляции ксенон-кислородной смеси длительностью 2-3 мин при соотношении ксенона и кислорода в смеси 1: 1 с частотой не более 1 раза в неделю.A method of treating acute withdrawal syndrome in patients suffering from drug addiction, which consists in conducting detoxification drug therapy on the background of therapeutic surface inhalation anesthesia with a gas-narcotic mixture, characterized in that as a gas-narcotic mixture, a mixture of inert gas of xenon and oxygen containing xenon in the mixture 30-70% supplied through the mask of the anesthesia machine along a half-open circuit for 1-2 minutes until the symptoms of the 1st - 2nd stage of xenon anesthesia develop and disappear painful symptoms of abstinence, while the number of anesthesia is from 6 to 15 per treatment course, which lasts from 3 to 6 days, and 1 to 2 hours before a night's sleep, an intravenous infusion of a 5% glucose solution with the addition of droperidol in dose of 0.1 mg \ kg of patient’s body weight, after which diazepam is administered intramuscularly at a dose of 0.15-0.2 mg \ kg and 100 mg of phenobarbital inside, after a course of treatment in case of a pathological attraction to narcotic drugs, single inhalations are prescribed xenon-oxygen mixture for a long time 2-3 minutes at a ratio of xenon and oxygen in the mixture 1: 1 with a frequency of not more than 1 time per week.
