Claims (3)

1. A method of manufacturing a friction product, including the formation of the original composition by mechanical mixing of the fiber with the pitch, the deposition of the original composition, molding of the product blank by pressing the original composition at the same time pressure and heat at a temperature not lower than the softening temperature of the pitch, and carbonization of the original composition, characterized in that the product blank before calcination under pressure is fired and then impregnated with pitch, and after carbonization under pressure, heat treatment is carried out in the mode of ensuring graphitization of the pitch, while medium-temperature pitch is used to form the initial composition, and high-temperature pitch is used for subsequent impregnation of the workpiece. 2. 2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the workpiece after heat treatment is subjected to at least one additional impregnation with a high-temperature pitch, followed by carbonization and heat treatment in the mode of graphitization. 3. %:
3. The method according to one of paragraphs. 1 and 2, characterized in that for the formation of the initial composition and subsequent impregnation of the pitch and fiber are used in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
Mid-temperature pitch - 30-40
High temperature pitch - 10-20
Fiber - Else
