Способ хирургического лечения костной кисты, включающей удаление патологического очага в пределах здоровой ткани, отличающийся тем, что после удаления кисты образуют полость, стенки которой имеют прямоугольную форму, образовавшуюся полость заполняют с помощью компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата сформированным из кости-донора трансплантатом путем несвободной пластики, причем трансплантат формируют пропилами прилегающей кости-донора, обеспечивая глубину пропилов, соответствующую глубине полости и соосно ей, клиновидно соединяя дистальные концы трансплантата.1.
