Устройство определения негерметичности объекта, содержащее теплоизолированную камеру, в которой размещен датчик температуры, отличающееся тем, что входная и выходная полости камеры разделены проходным сужающимся каналом с критическим сечением, дополнительно введен второй датчик температуры, причем, датчики температуры размещены во входной и выходной полостях камеры, при этом входная полость камеры герметично соединена со стенкой испытываемого объекта, а выходная полость камеры сообщена с вакуумной системой, кроме этого во входной полости между датчиком температуры и стенкой объекта установлен экран-обтекатель.1.
