Способ получения полимерного материала для мягких контактных линз путем сополимеризации N-винилпирролидона, метилметакрилата и сшивающего агента в присутствии инициатора радикальной полимеризации под действием температуры, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сшивающего агента используют дифункциональные производные метакриловой кислоты и сополимеризацию проводят в присутствии 2-гидроксиэтилметакрилата при содержании компонентов, мас. %:
N-винилпирролидона - 50-80
2-гидроксиэтилметакрилата - 10-40
Метилметакрилата - 5-15
Сшивающего агента - 0,05-5
Инициатора радикальной полимеризации - 0,01-1
при этом действие температуры проводят путем динамичного теплового нагрева с изменением температуры по экспоненциальному закону.
