Known fairing of the threshold of the floor of a passenger car (see certificate of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 29702, publ. 05.27.2003) relating to the floors of bodies, which is made in the form of a long profiled panel containing the upper, front and lower parts, while the upper part is mated repeating its shape with a standard threshold, the front part of the panel is made with a constant profile, the lower part provides the possibility of covering the lower part of the threshold while maintaining the vehicle’s ground clearance, and the upper part of the panel contains a flange the edge and cut-out, which ensure that the fairing is installed under the regular places of the car threshold sill, and the front part of the long profile panel can be concave, and / or convex, and / or flat and straight, and / or curved along the entire length of the profiled panel, and the fairing of the floor threshold may contain end parts with the possibility of their mounting on the car arch and the possibility of attaching rubber aprons to them, while the lower part may contain technological holes for the jack, and the fairing of the floor threshold can be performed nny of plastic and / or metal material, both solid and composite.

The disadvantages of the known fairing of the floor threshold of a car are low functional and operational qualities, the complexity of its manufacture and installation. These shortcomings are caused by the structural elements of the fairing of the threshold of the floor of a passenger car, namely the design of a long profiled panel containing the upper, mating front and bottom, flange and cutout front and lower parts, which, however, do not provide the opportunity to remain uncleaned by dust and dirt of passengers and the driver vehicle, as this fairing of the passenger car floor threshold in rainy weather and on a dusty road does not guarantee the protection of passengers leaving and entering the passenger compartment.

The closest analogue selected for the prototype is the Russian patent for utility model No. 51956, published March 10, 2006, which describes the design of the car door. The technical result of the specified utility model is to increase the functional and operational qualities of the site of protection of automobile thresholds from dirt and dust. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known solution, according to the utility model, its lower part is made, with a node for protecting the threshold from dust and dirt, which is an elongated profiled element, mating with the threshold and repeating its full shape and made to cover it lower part, the inner side of the lower part of the door, mating with the outer side of the lower part of the threshold, is equipped with a sealant.

Unlike the previous analogue, which can only work in the protection mode of the threshold itself from dirt and dust, while the protection nodes themselves are covered with dirt and dust and when a passenger or driver leaves the passenger compartment, dirt and dust remain on clothes and shoes of people leaving car or included in the car, in the claimed utility model due to the design of the car door, made with a node protecting the threshold from dust and dirt in the form of an elongated profiled element, mating with the threshold and repeating completely its shape with the possibility of covering its lower part, with a dust and dirt protection threshold, this is completely excluded, the clothes of people entering and leaving the car’s interior are in contact only with the clean threshold of the car and the inside of the door, which increases the functionality of the claimed design of the car door . In addition, made as a single whole panel, completely covering the length and height of the threshold, the car door eliminates additional fastening to the car body of any protective equipment, and also does not require additional holes for the jack, as in the analogue object, which improves the performance of the claimed utility model "Design of a car door."

The disadvantage of this design is that for each model of the car has its own door design and, therefore, its own design of the device for protecting the driver and passengers from dirt and dust from the threshold of the car.

The technical task of the claimed utility model is to expand the functionality of the inventive device for protecting the driver and passengers from dirt and dust from the threshold of the car, by using on any model of the car between the threshold and its seat.

The above distinguishing features are new in comparison with the prototype, so the utility model meets the criterion of "novelty."
