Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular to the device of universal cargo tracked trailers.

The crawler trailer contains a caterpillar undercarriage, a frame mounted on the crawler undercarriage, boards attached to the frame, tie-locks for fastening the sides, and the boards are made of armored material, with the possibility of fastening them in the upper part with lock locks.

The technical result is to provide the ability to protect the goods being transported from the effects of adverse factors, including the damaging effects of modern means of destruction during combat operations.

Description

The utility model relates to transport engineering, namely to multi-purpose tracked vehicles, and can be used for the transport of goods, including military equipment at any time of the year, off-road and the conditions of the conduct of hostilities.

Famous tractor dumping trailer consisting of a body placed on a frame, in the rear part of which a driven pair of wheels is mounted with springs, and in the front with a rotary wheel is placed a trolley with steering wheels and a drawbar intended for transporting a trailer [1].

The disadvantage of this trailer is that, being in the composition of the tractor train, in its movement there are significant oscillations of the trailer in the transverse plane, called influence. Such fluctuations are so significant (their amplitude reaches 400 mm in one of the sides and more), which reduces traffic safety, increases the wear of trailer parts, therefore, leads to a decrease in its reliability.

The closest to the utility model to the technical essence is a tracked vehicle, consisting of a chassis on rubber-reinforced tracks, providing the necessary maneuverability and maneuverability in conditions of overwetting, the frame on which the dump body with rear unloading is located, with a hydraulic lift of the body in the form of a power cylinder [2].

With the undoubted advantages of a tracked crawler trailer, it has limited functionality and scope due to the inability to protect the goods being transported from the effects of adverse factors, including the damaging factors of modern means of destruction when conducting combat operations.

The problem solved by the proposed utility model is to extend the functionality and scope of the tracked trailer by achieving the following useful technical result:

The essence of the utility model, ensuring the achievement of the specified technical result is as follows.

The crawler trailer includes four sides, including two side boards (1), front side (2), rear side (3), pivotally attached to the platform (4), winch (5), electrical connector (6), built into the front side (2), tracked undercarriage (7), screed locks for fastening beads (8) and a device for coupling (9).

Four sides (1), (2), (3), are made using armored material, for example, friction material [3], which reliably provides protection against the damaging factors of modern means of destruction and are fastened together with the help of screed locks (7), while the tailgate (3) and two side (1) sides are folding, hingedly attached to the platform (4), the two side boards (1) have rounded extensions with the possibility of docking sides (1), (2), (3), at the top of the trailer, tailgate (3), in the working position, performs the function of a ramp when st necessary to move the cargo on the platform and the other nodes, units with the built-in cutting board winch (5) is powered by an external power supply by an electrical connector (6) is tracked undercarriage (7).

Tracked trailer works as follows.

Thus, the proposed trailer crawler allows you to extend the functionality and scope by providing

the ability to protect the transported goods from the effects of adverse factors, including the damaging factors of modern means of destruction in the conduct of hostilities.
