To improve the physiological state of the person and enhance the massage effect, the cavity inside the shell 1 is filled with filler. To enhance the massage properties of the pillow, a fragmented filler is used, i.e. consisting of individual pieces of material. As a material for filler fragments, both synthetic materials in the form of foam rubber or polyester fiber are used, as well as natural materials in the form of husks of cereals, in particular, buckwheat husks.

The filler from fragments made of synthetic material provides good thermoregulation, has a positive effect on well-being.
