The utility model relates to the field of light industry and preventive medicine and is intended for the prevention of diseases associated with a sedentary lifestyle in people who spend a long time sitting at a table, in an armchair, on a chair, whose work is associated with prolonged tension of the back and neck.

It is known that with a sedentary (sedentary) lifestyle, lymph stagnation occurs in the human body, which causes various diseases of the body.

The thickness of the skin of an adult is from 0.5 mm to 5 mm) and depends on the area of the body. The skin microcirculation system is represented by various vascular structural components: arterial capillaries, arterioles, venous capillaries, postcapillary venules - collecting and muscular. Such a device allows the body to change the amount of blood flowing in the dermis within a wide range.

Arterial vessels in the dermis form two plexuses: the superficial one is located in the papillary layer of the dermis, the deep one - at the border of the reticular layer and subcutaneous fat. The papillary layer has a good blood supply; in the reticular layer, the capillaries are slightly smaller.

The pillow contains a shell with an inner cavity for placing a filler, at least one of the bases of the shell is made with a discrete coating on the outer surface in the form of a discrete layer of thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride with the formation of convex "pimples".

Known "Massage roller" - an application for invention No. 2005131907 published on 20.04.2007. Contains raised wooden or plastic bumps-thorns of different sharpness, located on a roller made of the same material. The design is designed to dynamically influence biological acupuncture points located on the sole of the human foot.

The closest to the proposed technical solution is "Orthopedic roller" - useful model No. 2736, published 09.16.1996. The roller is a three-dimensional geometric body in the form of a casing in the form of a one-sheet hyperboloid filled with a form-generating filler.

A common significant disadvantage of these technical solutions is that the known products have a narrowly targeted effect (some kind of one area of application: back, neck, feet, small pelvis), those known products are not multifunctional, which is inconvenient during operation.

The technical result achieved when using the proposed utility model is to enhance the massage effect during the massage effect on different parts of the body by improving the design of the product and the design of microelements (micro convexities) that directly affect the enhancement of the massage effect.

Microconvexities can have the shape of a cone with a rounded top, the shape of a truncated oval cone with a rounded top base, or a pyramid with a rounded top.

The pyramid can be made three-sided, four-sided or polyhedral, or has the shape of an elongated rectangle at the base. Microconvexities can be made in the form of a volumetric figure having an irregularly shaped shape, for example, in the form of a bunch of grapes.

The use of Greta fabric for the manufacture of the proposed massage roller will increase the durability of the product, enhance the external medical effect (massage effect, etc.) on the user's body and maintain this effect for a long time.

To enhance the external medical effect (massage effect, etc.) on the user's body and maintain this effect for a long time, as well as enhance the massage effect on the receptor points, it is proposed to perform micro-convexities 2 with their location on the outer surface of the shell at a distance of 0.5 ... 5 mm from each other with the formation of a dotted relief pattern, The height of microconvexity 2 is 0.1 ... 5 mm, the largest cross-sectional area of the base is 1 ... 10 mm, which corresponds to the size of the layers of human skin and therefore provides the necessary massage effect.

The specified geometrical parameters of micro-convexities 2 and their location relative to each other are optimal for achieving the set technical result. The value of these parameters was established experimentally during laboratory research.

During the experiments, the main task was set - the creation of a roller that would enhance the massage effect during its operation.

However, it was not possible to obtain any uniform size of micro-convexities 2, since when testing the roller, we used models of users with different weights, heights, i.e. with different physiological parameters.

The massage effect for different layouts was achieved only for certain sizes of micro-convexities 2.

Massage has a two-way effect on the body. Firstly, during massage, direct mechanical irritation is produced on the skin and underlying tissues (fatty tissue, muscles, ligaments, joints), and since they are associated with the central nervous system, another type of effect occurs - on the entire body.

That is, with the help of massage manipulations, irritation of the skin nerve endings is carried out, which is transmitted along the nerve trunks to the central nervous system, and from there along the periphery to the cortex of the cerebral hemispheres, which control the activity of the body. Therefore, the functions of organs and tissues are restored, which are often located at a great distance from the site of irritation.

Since the direct effect of massage occurs precisely on the skin, then, first of all, let's consider how it reacts. The human skin is a complex sensitive system containing more than 3 million pain receptors that are in direct contact with the environment. It consists of 3 layers: the epidermis, the skin itself and the subcutaneous tissue.

The epidermis connects the body with the external environment and, in turn, consists of 5 layers: dermis (skin), which is a dense connective tissue containing a large number of blood vessels; subcutaneous adipose tissue, consisting of a network of numerous fibers of connective tissue that protects the body from bruises and hypothermia, blood and lymph vessels; nerve endings; hair follicles; sweat and sebaceous glands located in the dermis and subcutaneous adipose tissue.

The functions of the skin are quite diverse: it participates in respiration, blood circulation, heat regulation, metabolism, cleansing the body of toxins and excess water, working as auxiliary lungs, heart, liver and kidneys.

Under the influence of massage, the skin is cleansed of excretion products of the subcutaneous glands, dead cells of the epidermis, skin respiration improves and the activity of the sebaceous and sweat glands increases, which, in turn, promotes the elimination of toxins and decay products from the body; blood circulation improves, lymph outflow accelerates, puffiness is eliminated, skin tone increases, and it becomes smooth, firm and elastic.

Therefore, it is very important to enhance the massage effect on the body.

However, the enhancement of the massage effect depends on how effectively the "pressure" of the micro-convexities 2 on the receptor points of a particular part of the user's body occurs.

In people of different ages and with different weights, the thickness of the skin layer is different. Skin thickness depends on age, skin color, gender, health and location. In different parts of the body, the skin has a different thickness: from 2.12 to 11.57 mm in men and from 2.07 to 10.4 mm in women (Table 1). Older people and children have thinner skin than adults. In children of the first months of life, the average skin thickness is 1 mm; at the age of 3 to 7 years - 1-1.5 mm; from 7 to 14 years old - 1.5-2 mm and only by 20-25 years it reaches 3 mm. The skin in the area of natural openings (nose, mouth, vagina, anus, urethra) passes into the mucous membrane. 3. A roller with a micro-convexity 2 height from 3-5 mm and a base cross-section size from 6.5-10 mm (maximum values) are intended for users aged 20 and older.

With such sizes of micro-convexities 2, the optimal massage effect is achieved for the indicated categories of people.

As for the distance between the micro-convexities 2, thanks to this very distance (05-5 mm), there will be no pain from the use of the roller. The farther the micro-convexities 2 are from each other, the greater the pressure on the human skin by the micro-convexities.

The suggested sizes are optimal for the massage effect of a part of the body.

The very design of the discrete coating, in the form of a convex point structure - micro-convexities 2, forming a relief pattern over the entire area of the outer surface of the shell 1 or part of the surface of the shell 1, provides an additional massage effect during the operation of the roller, has an additional "irritating" effect on the nerve endings located in different parts of the body, and, thus, improves the blood supply to these parts: back, neck, lower back, etc.

The proposed discrete coating on the surface of the shell 1, due to its design and the strength of the material from which it is made, does not lose its medical qualities during long-term use of the roller.

A discrete coating can be made simultaneously from micro-convexities 2 having different shapes, for example, in a combination of shapes, such as a pyramidal shape 4 and in the shape of a truncated oval cone 5

The technology for the production of fabrics with discrete PET coating is as follows: PET - coating (in the form of a viscous paste) is fed into a specialized template with holes and squeezed out through the holes onto the front surface of the fabric, then it is heat-treated (drying the composition) in order to fix point structures on the surface fabrics

To improve the physiological state of a person and enhance the massage effect, the cavity inside the shell 1 is filled with a filler. To increase the massage properties of the roller, a fragmented filler is used, i.e. consisting of separate pieces of material. As a material for filler fragments, both synthetic materials in the form of foam rubber or polyester fiber are used, as well as natural materials in the form of husks of cereal crops, in particular, buckwheat husks, cedar shavings, pine nut film, lavender, aromatic herbs.

The filling made of fragments made of synthetic material provides good thermoregulation and has a positive effect on well-being.

Rollers filled with hulls after cleaning cereal grains, in particular from buckwheat, rice or millet hulls, are air permeable and have good thermal insulation.

The pronounced massage effect, provided by the discrete structural coating of the base of the shell and the fragmented filler, improves blood microcirculation, helps to restore a healthy complexion and stimulates blood circulation in the body areas.
