Полезная модель относится к кухонным ножам, в частности к кухонным ножам, предназначенным для разделывания грейпфрута со снятием его кожуры, а также для выполнения множества других функций. Нож для чистки грейпфрута содержит клинок с дистальным и проксимальным концами, имеющий режущее лезвие, и многогранную в поперечном сечении рукоятку, скрепленную с клинком.
