Abstract
у ЁUse: in mechanical engineering to increase the wear resistance of cylindrical surfaces. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: the method includes applying a filler material to a surface of a part, processing with an elo inductor and finishing, we take the filler material is applied to a mold mounted horizontally on the surface, the mold walls are oriented along the part and radially, and the circumference of the part is an even multiple of the distance between the walls of the form, after processing the filler material with the inductor, the form is periodically moved around the circumference of the part by a step equal to the distance between the walls of the form, applied horizontally the surface of the filler material into the mold and treating it with the inductor, then the mold is removed and the filler material is applied sequentially in the horizontal position of the surface with the inductor treating it at the intervals between the surface sections directed in the mold, after which the part is machined to the required diameter. 2 ill. yo
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to machine-building H | IIO and can be used to increase the wear resistance of cylindrical surfaces.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of BJI deposited parts.
Figure 1 shows the deposition phase in mold | e; figure 2 is the same, without form.
j. The following indications are shown in the drawing: part 1, mold with walls 2, filler material 3, inductor 4, primary surfacing section (in the mold) 5, secondary surfacing section (without the mold) 6.
The method is carried out as follows.
A shape 2 is mounted on the cylindrical part 1 in the form of a frame, the walls of the frame are oriented radially relative to it along the cylinder, from the ends these walls are supplemented by other walls bending the circumferential part 1 from the ends (not shown). Additive material 3 is poured into mold 2, which is then processed (melted) by TV C 4 inductor. Form 2 can be made of copper cooled by water to prevent the filler material from depositing onto this mold. After surfacing, mold 2 is removed, part 1 is rotated by an angle determined by the distance between the walls of mold 2, by a step equal to this distance, and mold 2 is set

Параметры формы (ширину ее и высоту стенок) берут с учетом диаметра детали и толщины наплавки.(horizontally) again, filler material 3 is again poured into it and melted with inductor 4. In this case, the distance between the walls of the mold 2 is taken so that the circumference of the part is a multiple of this distance, As a result, the weld-in (given by the specified step) is obtained (primary ) sections 5. After that, the mold 2 is removed and in the same sequence (without the mold 2), sections 6 of the surface of the part 1 are welded between the areas of primary cladding (5). Get a set of sections of the primary (5) and (secondary) (6) surfacing. Thereafter, part 1 is machined to the desired diameter. The shape parameters (its width and the height of the walls) are taken taking into account the diameter of the part and the thickness of the surfacing.
0The proposed method will allow for high-quality surfacing of cylindrical parts - without spreading, during the surfacing, the melting filler material
