Description
The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used to create variable (from light to stress) conditions during rehabilitation after injuries, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, and also as a sports simulator in figure skating on skates or rollers, in ballet, circus, hockey etc. when learning multi-turn jumps, supports, rotations and other elements of increased complexity.
The purpose of the invention is the ability to move without assistance while maintaining the action of the upward force exerted on the human body and dosing loads on the musculoskeletal system.
Fig. 1 shows a simulator with a transverse guide provided on both sides with movable blocks; Fig. 2 - with a transverse guide rigidly connected to the longitudinal guides.
10.The simulator (Fig. 1) contains a system of safety belts 1 and a safety cable 2 with a movable block 3 moving along the transverse guide 4. The guide 4 is equipped on both sides with movable blocks 5, 6, freely moving along parallel longitudinal guides 7 , 8. The system of safety belts 1 is fixed on the lever-carabiner mechanism 9, which is connected to the safety cable 2 with a set of elastic t 10.
8.Figure 2 schematically shows the rigid fastening of the transverse guide 4 to the longitudinal guides 7 and 8, made in the form of closed cables, tensioned on the divorced rotating elements 11,12,13 and 14, which provide the movement of the guide 4 along the guides 7 and 8.

The rails 7 and 8 are pre-fixed at the same level as the room height above the floor or ice. A guide 4 is mounted on them with the help of movable blocks 5 and 6 and, depending on the required load, a certain set of elastic rods 10 is hung on the safety cable 2. In the case of a rigid fastening of the guide 4 on the longitudinal guides 7 and 8, they are pulled on the rotating elements 11,12,13 and 14. The load is set by means of a dynamometer or by taring the elastic links 10. The spring link 10 is secured with a linkage mechanism 9 with a safety belt system 1. The person to whom the safety belt system is attached 1, p moving in any direction, through the elastic rods 10, it moves movable blocks 3, 5 and 6, freely moving along the rails 4, 7 and 8, or the rotating elements 11, 12, 13 and 14 in case of rigid fastening of the direction 4 on the rails 7 and 8. The effect of the upward force is retained. When the body moves or rotates and jumps with rotation around the vertical axis in sport, the lever-carabiner mechanism 9 is set in motion, while it carries the function of distributing the upward force to the width of the shoulders with further redistribution to other parts of the body. The elastic rods 10 create a certain rhythm of movements with the possibility of changing their amplitude. This allows you to create walking rhythm by slight fluctuations. As the musculoskeletal system strengthens and recovers, the load on it increases, up to normal loads, i.e. consumer weight. At the same time, the simulator provides insurance during various movements, turns with the body, as well as equilibrium conditions, which is also important in the rehabilitation process. The next step may be a shock type load, for example, jumping, squats. In the process
The training simulator works in the same way. At the same time, the facilitating effect of the set of elastic rods 10 can be 15–20% of the consumer’s weight, which is quite
Дл начинающих спортсменов создают более облегченные услови .enough to create conditions for performing complex elements or inaccessible in height and complexity of jumps. For novice athletes, lighter conditions are created.
The use of this simulator allows, in comparison with the existing one, to provide the possibility of moving in space, whether it is a living room, a hospital room, a training room or
Кроме того, тренажер обеспечивает с достаточной точностью дозирование нагрузки на опорно-двигательный аппарат,ice arena, without outside help while maintaining upward effort. In addition, the simulator provides with sufficient accuracy the dosing of the load on the musculoskeletal system,
что создает благопри тные услови дл процесса реабилитации после травм и заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата, а также дл развити физических качеств спортсменов и образовани новых двигательных стереотипов.which creates favorable conditions for the process of rehabilitation after injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for the development of physical qualities of athletes and the formation of new motor stereotypes.
