Рулетка измерительная (фиг. 1) состоит из корпуса 1, внутри которого располагаются барабан с пружиной-лентой и выпускаемая мерная лента (полотно) 5 на конце которой закреплен упор 8. На корпусе 1 имеется полость (пенал) 2, в котором выполнено входное отверстие 3 (для хранения пишущего средства) и сквозное отверстие 9 для закрепления пишущего средства 4 (в данном случае – уплощенный четырехугольный карандаш со скругленными углами) в рабочем положении.
