The technical result, which the proposed utility model is aimed at, is to increase the convenience of fixing the writing instrument in the square due to the polymer plug with a hole.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the measuring square contains a bar and a ruler installed at right angles, a fixture for writing medium is mounted on the bar and an ampoule-type level is installed and differs in that the bar is hollow, and the writing fixture is made in the form of a polymer plug installed in the end of the strap, while the through hole is made in the plug, and the level of the ampoule type is installed in the recess on the edge of the strap.

With this design, in addition to the main technical result, such auxiliary results as are achieved:

- the ability to change the plugs,

- less damage to the pencil when rubbing against the edges of the entrance,

- The plug protects the main body of the instrument during impact.
