Abstract

The utility model relates to agricultural equipment, which is used for growing cattle, and specifically to the equipment of cowsheds and calves of dairy farms. The stall equipment contains box racks, upper and lower dividers, neck pipe attachment units, box neck pipe, aft table racks, articulated attachment units and a feed table neck pipe. The use of dividers made using plastic pipes, plastic neck tubes of the boxes and the aft table, and attachment points for neck tubes of a special design provide stall equipment that eliminates neck injuries and provides comfortable conditions for feeding and resting the cow.

The utility model relates to agricultural equipment, which is used for growing cattle, and specifically to the equipment of cowsheds and calves of dairy farms.

Free group livestock in individual boxes is a system that meets the needs and comfort of animals throughout the life and productive cycle. Therefore, the health, productivity and reproductive ability of animals largely depend on the design and size of the stall. With loose housing, the stall equipment has one feature: the main element is an individual box, which is intended only for animal rest. Its design and dimensions allow the cow to lie down and stand up naturally with the body forward, without getting injured.

The freedom of action of the cow is accompanied by increased feed consumption, therefore, to protect the costs and to evenly distribute the feeding process, both a particular animal and the whole herd use fencing of the feed table.

The technical problem of the claimed utility model is the creation of safety stall equipment providing comfortable conditions for feeding and resting the cow.

The indicated technical problem is solved through the use of plastic neck tubes in combination with movable units for attaching the neck tube of the box and the hinge unit for attaching the neck tube of the aft table. Unlike steel pipes, plastic pipes can bend when the cow rests on them without injuring the animal.

The use of a box neck attachment unit, which allows the neck pipe to be moved relative to the separator, and a neck pipe attachment node on the stern table guard, which allows the neck pipe to move upward and deflect it towards the stern table, reduces the pipe load on the cow’s neck.

The stall equipment consists of individual boxes and a fencing of the stern table.

Individual boxing consists of a boxing rack (1) made of galvanized steel. Upper (2) and lower (3) divider brackets made of zinc-coated steel are installed on the rack. The upper (4) and lower (5) dividers made of plastic pipes are mounted on the brackets. Mounting points (6) of the plastic neck tube of the box (7) are installed on the upper dividers, which provide the possibility of movement of the neck pipe relative to the separator. The attachment unit of the neck tube of the box contains a base, U-shaped bolt-brackets, and an arcuate limiter that provides mobility of the neck tube relative to the separator.

The guard of the stern table consists of the stern of the stern table (8) made of galvanized steel, an adjustable bracket (9) and an articulated neck pipe mount (10), which enables the neck pipe (11) to be moved relative to the adjustable bracket (10) and deflected together with a swivel mount in the direction of the aft table.

The hinged attachment unit of the neck pipe of the aft table contains a bracket, U-shaped bolt-brackets and an arcuate limiter, which provides mobility of the neck pipe relative to the adjustable bracket, and a hinge that allows the neck pipe to be deflected in the direction of the aft table.
