Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, to medical equipment, namely to drainage devices. For the purpose of draining cavities of complex configuration, the device is equipped with outer, inner and additional tubes coaxially and movably arranged one into the other, while the outer, inner and additional tubes, in addition to the extra tube of the smallest diameter, have inlet and outlet openings whose diameters are equal and larger the diameter of the inner tubes, respectively.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to devices for flushing and draining the predominantly abdominal cavity.
The purpose of the invention is the implementation of the drainage of cavities of complex configuration.
In FIG. 1 shows a general view of the device; in FIG. 2 - one of the options for its work.
The device consists of different-sized elastic thin-walled tubes mounted coaxially and movably relative to each other. In the main tube 1, the largest diameter, a tube 2 of a smaller diameter is placed, in which the tube 3 is placed, and in the last tube 4 of the smallest diameter. At the proximal ends of the tubes there are holes 5, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the tubes located in them, thereby creating a seal. At the distal ends of the tubes there are outlet openings 6, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the inner tubes. If necessary, drainage may contain the required amount.
внутренних трубок дл увеличени разрешающей способности дренажа.inner tubes to increase the resolution of the drainage.
The device operates as follows: Through a puncture in the abdominal wall from the side of the abdominal cavity, the tube of the largest diameter 1 is brought out, in the lumen of which there are tubes 2, and 3, after which the tube 2 is led out of the lumen of the tube 1 through the inlet openings and further from the tube 2, a tube 3 is discharged through the inlet openings. From the side of the drainage located in the abdominal cavity, the tubes 2 and 3 are led out in advance. Then, displacing the inner tubes relative to the outer, drain the necessary sections of the abdominal cavity. The inlets are sealed. In the postoperative period, tubes 1-3 are aspirated autonomously from various parts of the abdominal cavity. In addition, abdominal lavage can be carried out along each of the tubes, thus eliminating the possibility of spreading infection through the drainage from one focus to another.

1.The device is removed sequentially by removing the tube 3, then 2, and lastly 1.
2.One of the options for the drainage: the tube 3 is installed in the upper abdominal cavity, 1 and 1 in the sloping places. In this case, it is possible to carry out flow washing through the tube 3, and the outflow will occur through the tubes 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 2.
The device allows drainage of cavities of complex configuration. In addition, due to the autonomous operation of each tube, it makes it possible to assess the state of various drained areas and to exclude the spread of infection through drains from one focus to other parts of the abdominal cavity when washing drains.
Таким образом, предложенное устройство позвол ет дренировать различные отделы брюшной полости через один прокол в брюшной стенке, что снижает трэвматич- ность дренировани ,Thus, the proposed device allows the drainage of various parts of the abdominal cavity through a single puncture in the abdominal wall, which reduces the drainage traumatism,
