Устройство состоит из кровати 1, трубопровода 2 дл  подачи моющей жидкости и теплого воздуха, трубы 3 дл  отвода экскрементов , сборника 4 в виде трусов 5 с надувными камерами 6, 7 и 8, соединенными трубками 9 и 10, и трубки 11 дл  подачи воздуха в камеры 6, 7 и 8. Когда у больного возникает надобность опорожнить желудок, прежде всего подают воздух через трубку 11 в камеры, которые, последовательно наполн  сь воздухом, плотно охватывают ноги и туловище больного, и тем самым герметизируют трусы 5. Одновременно вводитс  в действие подъемное устройство 12, обеспечивающее нужный наклон кровати дл  улучшени  стока отбросов по отводной трубе 3, подсоединенной к канализационной системе. По окончании отправлени  больным физиологической надобности или одновременно с этим по желанию по трубопроводу 2 производ т подачу моющей жидкости, стру  которой начинает омовение, а затем стекает по трубе 3.
