Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine and can be used to improve the quality of treatment during abdominal operations.
A device that implements a method of valvular drainage (V. I. Struchkov. "Purulent surgery". M: "Medicine". 1967. S.262-263), including drainage operations with subsequent fixation of the drainage tube to the chest wall, donning on the peripheral the end of a valve valve tube made from the finger of a rubber glove, lowering it into a bottle of antiseptic liquid.
The disadvantages of this device are the limited functionality associated with the need to wear a container to collect pleural fluid and the inability to visually monitor the condition of the pleural cavity.
The prototype of the invention is a device that implements a method of drainage of the pleural cavity, containing a trocar, a tubular follower, a drainage tube with a corrugation, and the corrugation is equipped with an external clamp made in the form of a plate with a hole (patent RU No. 2270039, 2006). The disadvantages of the known device are the limited functionality and inconvenience of its operation, associated with the need to carry the patient capacity for the removed fluid.
The objective of the invention is to develop a device to improve the convenience of its operation, to simplify the method of rehabilitation and increase its effectiveness.
The technical result is the expansion of the functionality of the device, improving the quality of washing.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the drainage device for the pleural cavity containing the drainage tube, an external fixator to the chest wall, made in the form of a plate with a hole, according to the invention, the drainage tube is made with an extension of the central end, longitudinal channels are made in the tube wall, free ends which are open at the expanded end of the tube, the peripheral end of the drainage tube is connected to the adapter sleeve provided with an annular channel connected to the discharge pipe, black of that washing liquid enters the longitudinal passages, the sleeve and the outlet conduit connected to the discharge tube of the outlet channel central washing liquid together with the pleural fluid.
The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed device.
The device operates as follows.
Through the hole in the
Compared with known devices of a similar purpose, the proposed technical solution has the following advantages:
- расширены функциональные возможности за счет дополнительного введения промывки плевральной полости одновременно с дренажом;- expanded functionality due to the additional introduction of washing the pleural cavity simultaneously with drainage;
- повышено качество промывки в связи с отсутствием ограничения на время промывки и объем вводимой жидкости;- improved flushing quality due to the absence of restrictions on the flushing time and the volume of injected liquid;
- введение промывки не препятствует выполнению основной - дренажной - функции устройства.- the introduction of washing does not interfere with the implementation of the main - drainage - function of the device.
In general, the proposed device, having a fairly simple design and ease of maintenance, can improve the quality of sanitation of the pleural cavity and reduce the recovery time of the patient.
