Abstract
Usage: the invention relates to medicine, namely to hematology, and for the production of fibrin powder. The aim of the invention is to simplify the method. The invention consists in drying fibrin obtained from blood clots at a temperature of 35-40 ° C for 20-24 hours, grinding and sterilizing at a temperature of 120 ° C at a pressure of 2.5 atm for 30 minutes. The positive effect is to simplify the process by using fibrin from blood clots, which allows sterile fibrin powder to be obtained.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to hematology, and relates to the search for new possibilities for obtaining therapeutic preparations from human and animal blood.
The purpose of the invention is to obtain a sterile powdered fibrin from human and animal blood (domestic pig), convenient for use in treatment, to simplify its production technology, to exclude as a raw material. Blood plasma to obtain fibrin, to exclude the use of reagents.
The goal is achieved as follows. Donors are pre-screened for HIV infection and HB antigens. Blood is collected in sterile bottles with a capacity of 250-500 ml; in animals, blood is taken during slaughter. After coagulation of blood from blood clots, fibrin is obtained by a known method. A white or slightly reddish mass of fibrin is obtained, which is washed with running water at a temperature of 25-30 ° C for 5-8 minutes. After that, the fibrin is placed in a tightly sealed vessel and washed with distilled water at the rate of 150-200 ml of water per 1 ton of raw fibrin. Such washing is carried out 4-8 times until a completely clear supernatant appears. After the last wash, the liquid is filtered through a paper filter. The fibrin remaining on the filter is collected, squeezed from the remaining water, dried with filter paper and dried at a temperature of 35-40 ° C for 20-24 hours to a constant weight. After drying, the fibrin is triturated to a powder state, packed in bottles and sterilized at a temperature of 120 ° C, atmospheric pressure of 2.5 atm for 30 minutes. The yield of the final product per 100 g of crude fibrin is 23.4 ± 3 g.
The characteristics of the final product.
The resulting powdered fibrin (regardless of human or pig blood) has a brown color, very poorly soluble in water. When water is added to it, the fibrin swells, and the weight of the swollen fibrin approaches the original raw one, it again turns white, and the liquid
