The purpose of the invention is to objectify the hereditary predisposition to varicose veins, which will reduce the number of surgeries giving a high percentage of relapses and reduce the cost of disability payments to patients and disabled people.
The essence of the method is the determination of the risk factor for varicose disease by direct exposure to sound vibrations with a frequency of 2.7 kHz, an intensity of 50 mW / cm2 and at the same time a shin rheography is carried out, then the rheography data for the 1st derivative are compared before and during the study using exposure to sound waves, with an increase in the height of the positive tooth of the 1st derivative of the rheogram during exposure, the presence of a risk factor for varicose veins is noted.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
To act directly on the smooth muscles of the vessels of the lower leg, the ASTONIK small-sized device was created at the Saturn Research and Production Enterprise (Krasnodar). The device contains a generator and a sound emitter. The device generates rectangular bipolar electric oscillations with a frequency of 2.7 ± 0.1 kHz, with a pulse duration of 0.9 ms, and a pulse repetition rate of 3 Hz. Electrical signals are amplified and transmitted to a sound emitter that is designed to scatter sound waves. The intensity of the emitted sound is 50 mW / cm2 with a radiating surface with a diameter of 3 cm. The generator is powered by a Kron battery.
П РИ, увеличении его во врем воздействи звуком, определ ют наличие фактора риска варикозной болезни .(ECG) along the posterior surface of the lower leg at the site of attachment of the calf muscle to the Achilles tendon. Turn on the rheograph for recording, remove the original rheogram. The Kron battery is connected to the generator and the rheogram is removed again against the background of the operation of the ASTO NIK apparatus. Next, the positive teeth of the 1st derivative of the rheogram are compared. P RI, increasing it during exposure to sound, determines the presence of a risk factor for varicose veins.

For evidence, two groups of healthy subjects, ten in each, were examined. Studies on the proposed method.
The first group included healthy individuals in whom none of the relatives had varicose veins. The hereditary factor was excluded. The second included healthy individuals whose
A careful survey of relatives revealed that the etiological factor of their illness was the weakness of the muscular-elastic basis of the venous wall, and not other reasons. . It is known that if the etiological factor of varicose veins is a violation of the function of the valvular apparatus of the veins, then this is not transmitted by inheritance; therefore, such patients were not taken for examination.
According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that in healthy individuals who do not have a hereditary predisposition to varicose veins, exposure to sound waves does not affect the smooth muscles of blood vessels, and this does not improve blood circulation. In patients with hereditary
