Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к отоларингологии. Цель изобретени : сокращение сроков лечени и предотвращение рецидивов стеноза. Сущность изобретени : в раннем послеоперационном периоде полость носа промывают радоновой водой с концентрацией радона 80-120 нКи/л ежедневно по 5-10 мин в течение 2-3 недель при помощи дил тационной трубки. Изобретение позвол ет улучшить носовое дыхание больных.The invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology. П ри мер 1. Больна М.,37лет, диагноз: склерома, рубцова атрези хоан. Произведено иссечение рубцов, суживающих просвет хоан, введены в хоаны дил тационные термопластические трубки. В послеоперационном периоде провод т ежедневные промывани полости носа радоновой водой с концентрацией радона 100 нКи/л по 5 мл в течение 3 недель. Дил тационные трубки удал ют на 8 день после операции. Просвет хоан и полости носа соответствует просвету у здоровых лиц, носовое дыхание свободное . Слизиста оболочка полости носа и глотки бледно-розового цвета, в области хоан нежные подэпителиальные рубцы. При контрольном осмотре через 2 года носовоеExample 1.
