Description
The utility model relates to the field of railway transport, in particular to devices of rail circuits, and is intended for connecting rail joints, for passing signal and traction currents along rails.
Технический уровень заявляемой полезной модели известен из устройства соединителя рельсовой цепи, содержащего токопроводящую пластину с электроконтактными элементами, расположенными со стороны, обращенной к рельсам, токопроводящая пластина снабжена перемычкой, расположенной между электроконтактными элементами и выполненной из материала, имеющего электросопротивление меньше, чем материал токопроводящей пластины, перемычка соединена с токопроводящей пластиной пайкой (патент РФ на полезную модель №2330912).The technical level of the claimed utility model is known from a rail circuit connector device containing a conductive plate with electrical contact elements located on the side facing the rails, the conductive plate is provided with a jumper located between the electrical contact elements and made of a material having an electrical resistance less than the material of the conductive plate, the jumper is connected to the conductive plate by soldering (RF patent for utility model No. 2330912).
The disadvantage of this solution is the uneven heating of the conductive plate from the traction currents of a high magnitude passed between the contact elements and, as a consequence, warping and destruction of the housing due to a significant temperature gradient in the area between the contact elements and outside this area.
Наиболее близким по техническому решению является соединитель рельсовый стыковой электротяговый пружинный, содержащий тоководную пластину с медным гальваническим покрытием толщиной 0,02-0,50 мм, на стороне тоководной пластины, обращенной к стыкуемым рельсам, установлены электроконтактные элементы, на тоководной пластине между элементами имеется дополнительная тоководная пластина из материала с пониженным электрическим сопротивлением, в частности меди, толщиной 0,2-3,0 мм, электроконтактные элементы соединяют обе тоководные пластины путем пайки (патент РФ на полезную модель №170404).The closest in technical solution is a rail butt electric traction spring connector containing a current guide plate with a copper electroplated coating 0.02-0.50 mm thick, electrical contact elements are installed on the side of the current guide plate facing the joined rails, there is an additional element on the current guide plate a current plate made of a material with low electrical resistance, in particular copper, with a thickness of 0.2-3.0 mm, electrical contact elements connect both current plate plates put m soldering (Russian utility model patent №170404).
The disadvantage of this solution is also the uneven heating of the conductive plate from traction currents of high magnitude passed between the contact elements and, as a consequence, warping and destruction of the housing due to a significant temperature gradient in the area between the contact elements and outside this area. Moreover, a copper coating with a thickness of 0.02-0.50 mm on a current-conducting plate is not able to significantly reduce the temperature gradient due to insufficient thermal conductivity.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the reliability of the conductive junction of the railway track.
The technical result consists in reducing the electrical resistance of the rail butt spring connector, reducing the temperature gradient along the length and width of the connector housing - the conductive plate of the connector, as a result, reducing the risk of loss of electrical conductivity of the connector due to destruction of its housing.
The technical result is achieved by the design of the rail joint of the butt spring connector, which is made in the form of an oblong conductive plate of two-layer bimetallic sheet material produced by explosion welding of steel and copper sheets, the contact elements are soldered to a copper surface facing the joined rails, solder with a soldering temperature of lower temperature melting copper. In addition, in a two-layer bimetallic sheet material, the steel layer has a thickness of 1.8 to 6.0 mm, and the copper layer has a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, but not more than the thickness of the steel layer.
A decrease in the electrical resistance of the housing is achieved by increasing the cross-sectional area of the copper section in the area between the electrical contact elements, as well as the low transient electrical resistance in the connection by soldering the electrical contact element and the copper layer.
A decrease in the temperature gradient along the length and width of the connector housing is achieved by the high thermal conductivity of the copper layer of a given thickness, uniformly covering the surface of the steel layer with a high degree of adhesion, which ensures uniform distribution of heat generated in the area between the electrical contact elements from the passage of high traction currents throughout the volume of the connector housing . Uniform heating throughout the body volume, as well as its uniform cooling due to heat transfer to the atmosphere, significantly reduces the internal stresses in the body from the temperature gradient in different parts of the body and, as a result, reduces the risk of its destruction.
The technical solution is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 shows a view of a bimetallic connector of a rail butt spring on the side of the surface facing the joined rails, in FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section of a bimetallic rail butt spring connector with a flat-shaped housing, and FIG. 3rd box-shaped case, as an option.
Электроконтактные элементы 3 припаяны к медной поверхности, обращенной к стыкуемым рельсам (рельсы не показаны).The body is made of a two-layer bimetallic sheet material, which consists of a
