The invention relates to feed production.
The purpose of the invention increase the shelf life of the feed product.
П р и м е р 1.

The analysis of the dynamics of oxidative fat damage in laboratory samples (see table 1) did not show the dependence of the inhibitory effect of peat on the degree of its decomposition and fat content of 44.8-52.3% (ratio of 1: 10 and 72.0-74.2% (1: 3 ratio) when stored for 6 months. Peat with a decomposition rate of 12-16% was used in samples of feed additives developed under production conditions (see table 2)
An analysis of the data in Table 2 shows that the lowest levels of fat peroxide after six months of storage were in a peat additive made of technical stabilized Santokhin fat (sample 2), the highest in feed additives produced by this technical solution, despite the low fat content in them composition. In this case, the maximum permissible peroxide level of 0.1% in these samples was actually achieved after 2 months of storage, and in samples with peat after 5 months.
In SKS-6 compound feed samples with tested feed additives after 5 months of storage, the peroxide values of fat were even lower than in the control sample with ionol stabilized fish meal.
In the KR-1 compound feed samples with the tested additives, the peroxide amounts of fat did not reach the acceptable level of 0.1% during 3 months of storage. As for the acid numbers of fat, their growth in the composition of compound feeds is the result of hydrolytic or enzymatic breakdown of fat, and not the result of the oxidative process spoilage of fat and therefore cannot serve as a criterion for evaluating fat oxidation. And in addition, the rate of increase in the acid numbers of fat in compound feeds with the tested feed additives is comparable to the rate of increase in control compound feeds.
