Нутромер содержит корпус 1, выполненный в виде полого цилиндра, размещенную в нем с возможностью осевого перемещени  и фиксации измерительную штангу 2 с конусом на одном конце и шкалой на другом, нониус, размещенный на цилиндре и предназначенный дл  взаимодействи  со шкалой, измерительную головку 4, выполненную в виде установленных в цилиндре на направл ющих штифтах, расположенных равномерно по окружности вокруг штанги 2 и подпружиненных относительно цилиндра 1, измерительных губок.
