Abstract
Процедуру повтор ют три раза с промежутком три дн .The invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. The method allows to reduce the time and increase the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment. To do this, ozone in the amount of 15-20 cm3 is introduced encemblally into the cisterns of the brain base. The procedure is repeated three times with an interval of three days.
Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the time and increase the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment.
The method is carried out as follows.
Under local anesthesia in a sitting position, a lumbar puncture is performed at the level of the dural sac. After the appearance of cerebrospinal fluid in the lumen of the needle pavilion, the patient’s head is maximally bent backward and 15-20 cm3 of ozone is introduced endolumbally. The patient is transferred to the ward in a state of straightening his head back. In bed, the patient's head should also be in a state of extension of the head back. For this purpose, a pillow is placed under the shoulders. The next day, the patient is allowed to get up and walk. The following two procedures are performed in three day intervals. The total volume of ozone introduced is up to 60 cm3. Ozone for ozone tank therapy is obtained using a medical ozonator.
Example. Sick G., 34 years old, was admitted to the neurosurgery clinic with complaints of headache and low vision. Sick in
VI VJduring 6 months The disease started after an acute respiratory illness. She was treated by an optometrist and a neurologist, but there was no improvement. In neurological status there are: concentric narrowing of the visual field and a decrease in visual acuity in the right eye - 0.2 in the left eye - 0.6. Atrophy of the optic nerve disc atrophy is partial. Against the background of absorbable therapy in the X-ray room, a lumbar puncture was performed at the level of the dural sac. After the appearance of cerebrospinal fluid in the process of the needle pavilion, the patient's head is thrown back. The ozonator is connected. From the ozonizer outlet tube, 20 cm of ozone was collected into the syringe. The latter is introduced en- dolmbally. A lateral radiography of the skull was done. On the ozone cisternogram, deformation and sharp expansion of the chiasmal and interstitial cistern are noted. Diagnosed with Cystic opticchiasmal arachnoiditis. After the first injection of ozone the next day, the patient noticed that the visual acuity improved significantly; the field of vision expanded. At intervals of every three days, an ozonocisternot is produced twice more VI VJ

The patient was discharged with the restoration of visual acuity to 0.8 on the right, to 1.0 on the left and the expansion of the visual field.
Т. о. T. about. Using the proposed method allowed to reduce the treatment time from 38-40 days to 18-20 days.
