Description

The invention relates to equipment for marking fabric bags and can be used in processing lines for processing soft containers in tar repair plants.

A device for stamping flat products is known, comprising a housing with a platform for stamped products, a stamping pad with a stamp mounted on the housing of a power cylinder for moving the stamping pad, a plate with a guiding groove / having curved and rectilinear sections placed in the direction is rigidly fixed to the housing a cylindrical element and a paint-bearing roller rigidly connected to the plate groove and rigidly connected to the stamp pad for its orientation.

A copier 15 is attached to the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 9, copiers 16 are installed on the guides 6, a paint tray 17 with a paint-spraying roller 18. There are stops 19, 20, 21, 22 and limit switches 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 on the bed 28, the air distributor 30 and the electric distributor 31.

The device operates as follows.

The bags 5 folded into the foot and bent in half are laid on the stop 3 located in the loading and unloading zone (left position) of the working table 2 and fixed on it by clamp A. The working table is rotated 180 ° and the stop with the bags is introduced into the marking zone {right position). The operator presses the start button on the control panel. At the same time, the clamps carry the bag with them. As soon as the fingers of the movable brackets 14 of the clamps come into contact with the copiers 16, the lower ends of the clamps release the bag and they are lowered onto the clamp 4. The piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder 7 moves the stamping head of the marking mechanism 10 to the paint-spraying roller 18 and moistens it with paint. In the final position, the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 7 focusing 22 acts on the limit switch 24, which through

the electric and pneumatic distributor gives the command to move the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 9 and the associated copiers 15 to the initial position. After that, the emphasis 19 acts on the limit switch 28,

which through the electric and pneumatic distributor gives the command of the pneumatic cylinder 7 to repeat the cycle.

The cycles are repeated 10 times, which corresponds to the number of bags in the bale, after which

the counter through the electrical system gives the command to turn off the machine.

The turntable 2 is rotated 180 °, the stop 3 with marked bags is removed from the marking zone and moved to the loading and unloading zone, and the bags that are previously laid and secured with clamps 4 are introduced into the marking zone.

The operator again presses the start button on the control panel. The cycles are repeated.

The device according to the invention provides for the capture of the marked bag and its removal from the marking zone, and allows the processing of the entire bale, i.e. ten bags. The presence of a rotary table allows in the process of marking a bale of bags to carry out preparatory operations for laying and securing another bale on it. All this increases the operational productivity of the machine.
