In addition, the well-known fire extinguishing agents provide the formation and supply of only individual foam jets only to certain, specific places of the fire, which is effective when extinguishing fires with air-mechanical foam in low-rise residential and industrial buildings in urban and rural settlements, while extinguishing forest, road and other landscape fires do not allow providing a quick and uniform coverage of the entire fire area with foam, which significantly reduces the efficiency and speed of extinguishing large fires.

Characteristic features that provide the possibility of confident and safe achievement of a technical result when using the inventive device (causal relationship of essential features and the achieved result) is:

Claims (15)

1. A device for extinguishing fires and fire and explosion prevention with foam of low and medium multiplicity, containing a foam generator of low and medium multiplicity and means for connecting to a pressure pipe, characterized in that the device is equipped with a hydraulic oscillator with the ability to create automatic oscillatory movements of the foam generator in a given sector of the horizontal plane.
2. The device of claim 1, characterized in that the means of connection to the pressure pipe are respectively made in the form of a foam generator module and a base module and are equipped with means for their quick disconnect connection / disconnection with each other.
3. The device of claim. 2, characterized in that the foam generator module contains
housing with a nets package placed inside the housing and a foam barrel of low multiplicity,
medium foam nozzle block,
the rotation node of the foam generator in a vertical plane and
fixator for the position of the foam generator in the vertical plane.

The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the base module contains a node for turning and adjusting the position of the foam generator in the horizontal plane, configured to connect to a hydraulic oscillator and the ability to create automatic oscillatory movements of the foam generator in the horizontal plane.

The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the input line of the hydraulic oscillator is connected to the collector of the pressure pipe, and the output line of the hydraulic oscillator is connected through a flexible hose line with a quick-release nipple on the foam trunk of low multiplicity.
6. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the base module contains retractable supports with means for fixing their position in the extended and retracted positions.
7. The device according to p. 6, characterized in that the base module and retractable supports contain means for fixing their position in the ground, made in the form of pointed protrusions.
8. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the means of quick disconnect connection / disconnection of the module of the foam generator module and the base module with each other are made in the form of a nipple and a socket, connected / disconnected by rotary eccentric latches.
9. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that it contains a hydraulic oscillator with the ability to move and swing the foam generator in a given sector of the horizontal plane due to the energy supplied to the pressure line of the extinguishing agent in the form of water or water with a foaming agent solution.
10. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the foam generator module and the base module are made with the possibility of manual carrying.
11. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the base module is made with the possibility of fixing its position on the means of transportation in the form of a tractor, motocar, car, car trailer or watercraft.
