Known fire extinguishing means are characterized by the inability to provide an automatic fire extinguishing process and fire and explosion prevention and require the constant presence of people.

The device can be effectively used to extinguish large-scale fires of classes A and B, as well as liquefied petroleum and natural gases (LPG and LNG).

In this case, the flows of low-frequency foam or dispersed water formed under the foam generator, having a higher density and correspondingly greater kinetic energy reserve compared to medium-frequency foam and atomized water, move with greater speed, are the first to touch the burning surface and, having a higher heat capacity, cool the burning surface. As a result of this, the streams of medium-sized foam or atomized water coming in afterwards are protected from thermal effects and rapid destruction and evaporation, which increases the efficiency of fire fighting and fire prevention.
At the same time, spouts of low-foam or dispersed water located at the bottom, having a higher density, higher kinetic energy and, accordingly, greater range, provide longer-range delivery (up to 60-90 m) of medium-frequency foam or atomized water compared to conventional medium-frequency foam generators or sprayed water.
Thus, as a result of the combined action of foams of low and medium multiplicity or dispersed and sprayed water, effective fire fighting and fire and fire prevention will be provided.

The flows of medium-sized foam and atomized water can be effectively used at the stages of fire and explosion prevention, extinguishing a fire and preventing re-ignition, which also provides effective fire extinguishing and fire and explosion prevention.
When applying a fire extinguishing agent only in the additional barrel 9 (Fig. 7, 8), it is possible to generate a device
when using as an extinguishing agent an aqueous solution of a foaming agent, a stream 15 of foam of low multiplicity with a multiplicity of 5-10, or
when using water as a fire extinguishing agent, dispersed water stream 15 with a dispersion of more than 200 microns.
The flows of low-foam and dispersed water having a higher heat capacity can be delivered more far and used efficiently at the stages of extinguishing intense combustion and fire and explosion prevention to cool the fire zone and possible fire or excessive heating, which also provides effective fire fighting and fire and explosion prevention.

Production of a three-way valve installed on the supply line of a fire extinguisher, as well as turns in vertical and horizontal planes with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators with the possibility of their connection to a remote control system, with the possibility of controlling them using an external remote control or radio signals of a remote control system or fire alarms allows their automated functioning and remote control without the presence of op directly in the area of extinguishing fire and fire and explosion prevention, that is, it increases the safety of the process of extinguishing fires and fire and explosion prevention at fire and explosion hazardous enterprises and facilities, which is especially important for plants and storage and consumption of liquefied petroleum and natural gases (LPG and LNG).
The possibility of manufacturing a device with pneumatic or hydraulic actuators with the ability to connect them to a remote control system also increases the safety of the fire extinguishing process and fire and explosion prevention at fire and explosion hazardous enterprises and facilities where it is not allowed to use spark-generating electrical equipment, for example, in explosive production facilities and storage and processing facilities combustible gases, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum and natural gases (LPG and LNG).
The device has a compact appearance, it is convenient to carry / transport and connect to the main pipelines for supplying water or an aqueous solution of a foaming agent.
By equipping the device with standard quick-detachable connections with pressure pipelines, it is possible to use it in conjunction with other hydraulic fire systems and fire hoses.
The proposed device for effective fire extinguishing and fire prevention can be used in places inaccessible and / or inaccessible for conventional fire fighting equipment - in industrial enterprises with special explosion and fire hazard production, for example, in enterprises of the petrochemical and chemical industries or in enterprises handling LPG and LNG, as well as emergency chemical hazardous facilities where the release of potent toxic substances is possible at the facilities for the storage and manufacture of explosives, and e at the sites where it is necessary to use an extinguishing agent foams highly combined low and medium ratio, including the combined streams; and can also be effectively used to extinguish forest and landscape fires.
The device is operable when using all types of domestic and foreign blowing agents with a concentration of from 3 to 6% to obtain foam of medium and low multiplicity.
The device can be used both in the automatic suction of atmospheric air during the generation of medium and low multiplicity foam or atomized and dispersed water (Fig. 2), and in the mode of using a compressed aqueous solution of a foaming agent or compression water, that is, pre-saturated with air or some inert gas of an aqueous solution of a foaming agent or water.
Characteristic constructive. and functional features of the device, providing the ability to confidently achieve a technical result when using the inventive device (a causal relationship of the essential features and the achieved result) is:
- the ability to quickly and remotely switch the operating modes of the device for generating flows of foam of low and medium multiplicity or sprayed and dispersed water in various combinations by means of appropriate automated switching of the operating positions of the shut-off element of the three-way valve 12 installed at the junction of the pipeline 4 for supplying the extinguishing agent to the device and pipelines supplying a fire extinguishing medium to nozzles 2 and to barrel 6;
- the ability to create automatic rotations of the device in the vertical and horizontal planes by means of rotation in the vertical and horizontal planes equipped with engines with the ability to connect them to the remote control system, ensuring fast and uniform coverage of the entire surface of the fire and fire and explosion prevention by fire extinguishing agents,
- the ability to remotely control the switching modes of operation of the device and the processes of fire fighting and fire and explosion prevention in automatic mode without the constant presence of people (firefighters personnel);
- simplicity of design and operation;
- high reliability due to the simple design of the equipment.
- the possibility of high productivity generating air-mechanical (water-air) foam of low and medium multiplicity or atomized and dispersed water in various combinations that are optimal for specific stages of extinguishing a fire and fire and explosion prevention;
- the formation and use of a combined water-air jet of foam of low multiplicity and foam of medium multiplicity of increased range;
- the ability to effectively extinguish fires or to effectively protect against fire in places that are difficult to access and inaccessible to the commonly used fire extinguishing equipment, due to the ability to manually carry the device directly to the place of fire fighting and fire and explosion prevention. Individual parts and components of the equipment of the claimed device according to the utility model can be made of structural elements and materials commonly used in fire fighting equipment, using conventional equipment using conventional technologies known and used in the field of modern fire fighting technology.

Claims (26)

1. A device for combined extinguishing fires and fires explosion and explosion prevention, containing
a medium and low multiplicity foam generator, including nozzles for supplying a fire extinguishing agent to the medium foam generation nets, and
the trunk of the formation of foam of low multiplicity, and the pipeline supply of fire extinguishing means, characterized in that
a three-way valve with an additional low-foam foam barrel connected to it is installed on the fire extinguishing agent supply pipeline
with the ability when switching the shut-off element of the three-way valve in the corresponding operating position of the supply of fire extinguishing means
and in the foam generator of medium and low multiplicity, and in the additional barrel of the formation of foam of low multiplicity,
or only in a medium and low multiplicity foam generator,
or only in an additional barrel of formation of foam of low multiplicity
with the corresponding ability to generate medium and low foam or sprayed and dispersed water.
2. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of using as an extinguishing agent an aqueous solution of a foaming agent or water.
3. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of using as an extinguishing agent an aqueous solution of a foaming agent with the corresponding possibility of generating either medium or low multiplicity foam or low multiplicity foam by the device.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of using an aqueous foaming agent as an extinguishing agent with the corresponding possibility of generating either medium or low multiplicity foam with an average multiplicity of 30-40, or low multiplicity foam with a multiplicity of 7- 10.
5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of using water as a fire extinguishing agent with the corresponding possibility of generating by the device either a combined atomized and dispersed water or dispersed water.

13. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that it contains means for connecting the supply line of the extinguishing agent to the pressure main supply line of the extinguishing agent, made in the form of a flange or quick / detachable coupling with camlock rotary eccentric clamps.
14. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that it contains means of turns in the vertical and horizontal planes.
15. The device according to p. 14, characterized in that the means of turns in the vertical plane contains a linear actuator and an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic motor,
and the means of turning in the horizontal plane contains a transmission of rotation and an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic motor.

The device according to p. 14, characterized in that the engines of the means of turns in the vertical and horizontal planes are made with the possibility of their connection to the remote control system and control their operation by means of a remote control or radio signals of the remote control system.
